1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of BrainSphere, a product of Classmate India™ Technologies Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using BrainSphere, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. SERVICE SCOPE
2.1 Brain Balance Program
This service provides tools and assessments to support child development centers and parents. It does not replace professional medical diagnosis or intervention.
2.2 Parent Dashboard & Assessment Tools
These features allow parents and therapists to track progress and conduct assessments. BrainSphere ensures secure data management and accessibility.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Accurate Information
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Misrepresentation may lead to suspension or termination.
3.2 Compliance with Laws
Users must adhere to all relevant laws, including data protection and intellectual property regulations.
3.3 Confidentiality
Users must maintain confidentiality regarding therapy sessions and reports.
4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
- Unauthorized recording or sharing of sessions.
- Reselling or distributing copyrighted materials.
- Impersonation of therapists or professionals.
- Fraudulent or unlawful use of the platform.
5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
- Chargeback abuse may lead to permanent suspension.
- Harassment towards staff or therapists will not be tolerated.
- Unauthorized data collection or scraping will result in legal action.
6. VOLUNTEER POLICY
6.1 Eligibility & Conduct
Volunteers must be 21+ years old, provide a valid police clearance, and sign an NDA.
6.2 Termination
Breaches of confidentiality or misconduct may lead to termination.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BrainSphere provides tools for child development but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
- All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Subscription auto-renewals require a 7-day advance cancellation.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Submit a written complaint to the Grievance Officer.
- Mediation through the Chennai Mediation Centre.
- Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful.
10. POLICY ADMINISTRATION
- Archived versions available at /legal/archive.
- Material changes will be notified via email 30 days in advance.
