Order Processing & Shipping Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing includes verification, packaging, and dispatch. Shipping times vary based on the selected delivery method:
- Standard Delivery (India): 5-7 business days
- Express Delivery (India): 2-3 business days (if available)
- International Shipping: 10-15 business days (customs clearance may affect timelines)
Shipping Charges & Taxes
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or additional fees required by their country’s regulations.
Delivery Partners & Tracking
We partner with reliable courier services for secure and timely deliveries. Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email/SMS, allowing users to monitor shipment progress.
Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. BrainSphere is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses. If a package is undeliverable, the courier may return it to our facility, and reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If a package is damaged, lost, or significantly delayed, users must report the issue within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Investigations will be conducted with the courier before offering a replacement or refund.
Cancellation & Order Modifications
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the specified timeframe.
