Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which users can request a cancellation or refund for services provided by BrainSphere, a product of Classmate India™ Technologies Pvt Ltd. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Cancellation Policy
Users may request the cancellation of services under the following conditions:
- Subscription Services: Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time. However, cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
- One-Time Services: Cancellation of one-time consultation or therapy sessions must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for a refund.
- Failure to Attend: Missed therapy sessions or assessments without prior cancellation are non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Transactions: If a user is charged multiple times for the same service, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Service Disruptions: If BrainSphere is unable to deliver a purchased service due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, users are eligible for a full or partial refund based on service usage.
- Subscription Refunds: No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. Users are encouraged to cancel their subscriptions before renewal.
- Donations: Donations made to BrainSphere programs are non-refundable, except in cases of accidental duplicate payments.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, users must:
- Email a refund request to support@brainsphere.ai with transaction details.
- Provide valid proof of payment and the reason for the refund request.
- Allow 7-10 business days for processing.
5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
- Unjustified chargebacks will result in the immediate suspension of services.
- BrainSphere reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
